Valuable Brands
If you click on the link to The world's ten most valuable brands, you will connected to a list of the world's ten most valuable brands. Obvious...it's also obvious that in order to get on this list a lot of money needs to be made. It's obvious, too, from the list that a lot of people have gone online to book tickets to disney then packed up the kids in the Toyota SUV and driven to Mickey's hideaway with a Coke in their left hand, knees on the wheel, cell-phone on their right ear and a Marlboro hanging from their lips. Sounds like an episode of Trailer park boys.
Now, what if the criterion was different and in order to make the top ten the measure was integrity, honesty, upright character, servanthood. Would TSA make that list? I wonder who would make the cut? Jesus for sure. Mother Teresa, Billy Graham ? What are your thougths? Do you think you could ever make it on a list like that? Is it prideful to even consider this?

"Who is my neighbor?"
I think we can add more to this list. There are many within TSA who give their 'arm and leg' to make a differnce. We tend to think of the big world personalites when comparing how we stand in value, significance and worth to others. There are many 'unseens', 'unheards' and 'untolds' in the world. Those who live anonymous and quiet lives, but give of themselves in great measure. Without these unknowns, but greatly others serving people, we would need to shut down almost every function of TSA. I could give a long list of names but then if I did, I would cross the boundry of confidance anonyminity that they desire. Althiough I would like to shout their names 'from the rooftops', God sees what is done in secret, (their good works) and recognises and rewards tnem for obeying what is in their hearts and minds.
I have a neighbor who is part of this group. She is an amazing mom, wife and good friend. I am compelled to think of her as the Proverbs 31 woman. May every street in every community have a Karen. There you have it.
