Idiot, Imbecile, Moron

"idiot" - IQ lower than 25
"imbecile" - IQ between 25-50
"moron" - IQ between 50-75
Do you fear you may have to drop some of these words from your vocabulary? Do you fear you may have a lot less to say if you can't use these words? Do you need a little more grace?
