As part of The Salvation Army movement, StreetLevel exists to establish authentic Christian community that labors for the redemption of those persisting in hopeless situations.

Definition The StreetLevel Director is responsible for relational ministries in downtown Seattle with a focus on marginalized peoples.

The StreetLevel Director is responsible for:

• Develop and maintain the Vision of StreetLevel ministry; evangelism, outreach and discipleship programs.
• Recruit Leaders and volunteer support for StreetLevel programs
  
• Train and support leaders and volunteers.
  
• Coordinate Partnerships with existing Salvation Army services and other community services and churches.
